Project Background: An advertising company in Chile needed a sustainable way to illuminate roadside billboards during evening hours. Grid access was not available at many of the installation sites, making traditional wired lighting too expensive and complex. Solar street lights provided the perfect off-grid solution.
Technical Hurdles: The billboards required targeted illumination to ensure advertisements remained clearly visible at night. The lights had to deliver sufficient brightness without causing glare for passing drivers, while also being durable enough to withstand outdoor exposure year-round.
